3-Year Mitsubishi Lease Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to legal residents of the State of Florida who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, possess a valid U.S. driver’s license, and have current automobile insurance. To be eligible, individuals must RSVP by May 14, 2025.

Employees of Brandon Auto Group LLC d/b/a Brandon Mitsubishi (“Brandon Mitsubishi”), its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

 

3. ENTRY PROCEDURE

Eligible participants must (i) RSVP in advance by May 14, 2025, and (ii) check in at the event by 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025 with a Florida state government issued identification like Florida driver’s license / Florida State ID.

Upon check-in:

  • Each eligible participant will receive a wristband with a unique number.
  • A corresponding entry ticket bearing the same number will be placed into the official prize drawing.
  • Limit one (1) wristband/entry per person, unless an additional entry is earned per Section 4.

Attendance Requirement: No entry will be granted without both a valid RSVP and in-person event check-in.

Tiebreaker Clause: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder associated with the RSVP.

By entering this raffle, each participant agrees to receive communications, including emails and SMS, from Brandon Mitsubishi.

Upon arrival at the event at 11:00 a.m., each participant must present government-issued identification, such as a Florida driver’s license or Florida State ID.

Day-of Event Instructions:

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, all participants must arrive at 1730 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511 by 11:00 a.m. to check in. Upon arrival, each participant must present a government-issued ID (such as a FL driver’s license or FL State ID) at the check-in booth.

Participants will receive a wristband and entry ticket at that time. No late check-ins will be accepted after 11:30 a.m.

 

4. BONUS ENTRY (OPTIONAL)

Attendees may earn one (1) additional entry by participating in designated social media activities during the event, such as posting a photo and tagging @BrandonMitsubishi or using the official event hashtag.

  • Bonus entries will be tracked with a second wristband.
  • Maximum of two (2) entries per person.
  • No social media account or post is required to win the Grand Prize.

 

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a 36-month lease on a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV SE.

Lease Prize Conditions:

  • Winner must qualify for lease approval through Santander Consumer USA, including meeting Tier I criteria (typically a 780 credit score for well qualified buyers). Lease is for 10,000 miles.
  • Winner must provide valid proof of insurance.
  • The lease prize is non-transferable.
  • Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, insurance, excess mileage, and any other costs not covered by the lease.

Additional Terms:

  • If the winner does not qualify for lease approval through Santander, they may opt to receive a one-time cash payment of $4,900 in lieu of the lease. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
  • If the winner qualifies under a lower Santander credit tier, they may elect to make a one-time upfront payment covering the difference between Tier I and their approved tier’s lease payment, and still receive the full 36-month lease.
  • Alternatively, the winner may choose to apply the lease prize value toward the lease or purchase of another Mitsubishi vehicle and pay the difference in MSRP, if applicable.

Additional Prizes:

  • One (1) 85-inch television from a premium brand (Samsung / LG – Model determined by dealer)
  • One (1) 65-inch television from a premium brand (Samsung / LG – Model determined by dealer)

These additional prizes will be awarded via the same random drawing process. All attendees wearing wristbands remain eligible for these secondary drawings.

Host Discretion Clause: Brandon Mitsubishi reserves the right to add prizes at any time before or during the event.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION

All prize drawings will occur live during the Grand Opening Event. Winners must be present to claim their prize. If a selected winner does not respond within two (2) minutes of their number being called, an alternate winner will be drawn.

 

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Brandon Mitsubishi the right to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Brandon Mitsubishi reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Any attempt to tamper with the operation of the promotion may result in disqualification.

Limitation of Liability: Brandon Mitsubishi is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, force majeure, or any other errors that may affect participation or the outcome of the promotion.

 

10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. It is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

If the total retail value of all prizes exceeds $5,000, the promotion will be registered and bonded with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in accordance with Florida law.
