3-Day Maasai Mara Camping Group Safari

The Maasai Mara Game Reserve is one of Kenya’s top wildlife destinations, famous for its large population of animals and beautiful landscapes. It’s home to the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant), and you’ll also see cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and crocodiles along the Mara River, among many other animals.

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Your adventure starts with a morning departure from Nairobi. As you drive through the stunning Rift Valley, you’ll enjoy beautiful views on your way to the Maasai Mara. After arriving at your campsite, you’ll have lunch and then head out for an exciting afternoon game drive. This is your first chance to see the amazing wildlife in the Mara. Afterward, return to the campsite for dinner and spend the night under the stars.

Day 2: Full Day Maasai Mara Safari

Today is a full day of exploration in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, one of the world’s most famous wildlife spots. You’ll have plenty of chances to see the Big Five and other incredible animals. You can choose between two options for game drives:

• Morning and afternoon game drives
• Full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the park.

In the afternoon, you can also choose to visit a local Maasai village (at an extra cost of US$20 per person). This is a chance to learn about the Maasai culture and interact with the people who have lived in this area for centuries. After a day of adventure, head back to the campsite for dinner and a peaceful night.

Day 3: Maasai Mara to Nairobi

On your last morning, enjoy one more early game drive in Maasai Mara. After breakfast, say goodbye to the reserve and start your journey back to Nairobi. You’ll arrive in Nairobi around 3:00 PM. Where you can either be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your flight home.
