Chapter A – The way to “Le Puy en Velay”

I left Brittany in September to don’t reach “Le Puy en Velay” to early. I’m from the North and not use to the south sun. I stoped 1 month by the French atlantic cost because of the rain. I was going by walk at the begining but I had to change because of my knees and shoulders problems. So I folowed with an electric scooter and had to speed in november to rich the start of the French Camino of Santiago. I finaly rich it in november after meeting a lot of lovely people on the way but using bus and shared cars when it was necesary.

I have done 300km by myself, walking and with the electric scooter. I’ll show you pictures in the next post… I have to do it part by part… So there IS 750km in France before Spain and 800km in Spain to reach Santiago de Compostelle. If you start at thé begining of winter, it’s gona be lovely…

I wanted to do it, anyway, crossing thé winter if it’s necesary. But I havent been like that. I had a least what I wanted. Calme, peacefull envirement, nature, différent people almost everyday, I was feeling better. I met lovely people on the way, in there homes, in the garden, near by, the tent was easy to install anyway.

I wanted to reach this part of the Camino of Santiago, but the Time from Brittany to “Le Puy en Velay” was a realy nice surprise. Finaly, almost thé same as following the Camino by the small roads that connect all part of it.

It have been the French way, little bit afraid of this pelegrin out of the Camino but they understood that I was realy on the point to start it in november !

So for the moment I’m in Portugal, 2000km far from the begining (more the km by bus and shared cars). So finaly I have done it properly between november and april. In jeune I’m on the way to the Portugesa one. Chose who believed in le were Wright, I’m gona compleet it and all help is welcome.

Next part I will tell you and send photos like today about the first part of the Camino, this is where thé story begin. You will see the electric scooter and all m’y set UP ! In winter, it was a lovely story. Especially the first night in “Le Puy en Velay”.
