Refund terms and condition for activities
Cancellations
* Up to 48 hours before: full refund.
* 48-24 hours before: 50% refund.
* 24-0 hours before: non-refundable.
Our services are non refundable only we have the right to cancel due to weather condition. Customer no show up will result in a charge. customer have the right to rescheduling to different date 24 hours before service, all charges are final.
Processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account when we issue full or partial refunds.
