HopTrip – Craft Beer Shop

HopTrip – Craft Beer Shop in Matosinhos was opened due to the great love for beer. Hop, in English, means hops and trip that refers to the various trips we have already made.

We’re from São José dos Campos, in the region of São Paulo, Brazil, but we’ve already lived in Ireland for a while and that’s where all this taste for beer was acquired. We returned to Brazil and started working at beer festivals with a van equipped with 6 taps. Even after the return, we still had a great attraction to Europe and decided to come and live in Portugal. We had the plan to open HopTrip to promote the craft beer culture.

In our 15 taps, the craft beers available are always changing, to provide different flavors and experiences. A week is enough to be ready for new changes.

In addition, there are dozens of brands of bottles and cans, from Portugal and other countries. And, to go with it, we have our snacks and the famous Brazilian coxinha, which is the flagship of the house.
